The Sun Lakes Fire District administered over 1200 flu vaccinations during the 2009/2010 flu season.  Look for a 2010/2011 flu shot clinic schedule beginning in October 2010.

For residents who are physically unable to attend the immunization clinics Please Call (480) 895-9343 to schedule a time between November 11th, 2009 and January 4th, 2010

Sun Lakes residents are encouraged to visit one of the clinics to receive a flu shot. There will be no out-of- pocket expense, but if available, please provide your Medicare  and personal health insurance information at the time of immunization.

Home bound residents of Sun Lakes may schedule a home visit by calling 480 895-9343 during normal business hours 8am-4pm Monday thru Friday
