The Sun Lakes Fire District schedule for 2012-2013 flu clinics will be as follows.

• October 30th, 2012 8am to 12pm @ Cottonwood CC - Saguaro Room

• November 6th, 2012 8:30am to 12:30pm @ Sun Lakes CC

• November 16th, 2012 8am to 12pm @ Cottonwood CC - Saguaro Room

For residents who are physically unable to attend the immunization clinics

Please Call (480) 895-9343 during normal business hours 8am-4pm Monday thru Friday

to schedule a home visit

Sun Lakes residents are encouraged to visit one of the clinics to receive a flu shot. There will be no out-of- pocket expense, but if available,

please provide your Medicare  and personal health insurance information at the time of immunization.
