Flu Vaccinations

The Sun Lakes Fire District will be conducting the 5^th annual Sun Lakes Flu Immunization Clinics. This year’s efforts will involve five Clinics at three locations and runs through December 1^st.

Mark your calendar and plan on attending one of the following clinics.

Fire Station 231 located at 25455 N. Sun Lakes Blvd on the S.E. corner of Sun Lakes Blvd and Fairway Blvd. on

November 13^th from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Fire Station 232 located at 25020 S. Alma School Road

November 22nd from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Cottonwood Country Club 25630 Brentwood Dr. on N.W. corner of EJ Robson and Brentwood Drive in the Sun Dance room on

November 8^thfrom 8:30 am to 12:30pm.

November 18^thfrom 8:30 am to 12:30pm.

December 6^thfrom 8:30 am to 12:30pm.

January 10^thfrom 8:30 am to 12:30pm.

Sun Lakes residents are encouraged to visit one of the clinics to receive a flu shot. There will be no out-of- pocket expense, but if available, please provide your Medicare and personal health insurance information at the time of immunization.

Home bound residents of Sun Lakes may schedule a home visit by calling 480 895-9343 during normal business hours 8am-4pm Monday thru Friday
