The Sun Lakes Fire District administered over 1200 flu vaccinations during the 2009/2010 flu season.
Our 2011/2012 Vaccination schedule is:
For residents who are physically unable to attend the immunization clinics Please Call (480) 895-9343 during normal business hours 8am-4pm Monday thru Friday to schedule a home visit between November 1st, 2010 and January 7th, 2011
Sun Lakes residents are encouraged to visit one of the clinics to receive a flu shot. There will be no out-of- pocket expense, but if available, please provide your Medicare and personal health insurance information at the time of immunization.
